• Suporte multi-idioma (Português e Inglês)
• Vários níveis de assinatura com diferentes limites de mensagens

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Planos de Assinatura e Cobrança

Todas as assinaturas pagas são cobradas mensalmente antecipadamente através do Stripe, nosso processador de pagamentos. Ao assinar, você nos autoriza a cobrar seu método de pagamento selecionado de forma recorrente. Você pode cancelar sua assinatura a qualquer momento através das configurações da conta ou entrando em contato com o suporte.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMIGO BUDDY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMIGO BUDDY operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
