1. Право на возврат

Вы имеете право на возврат, если:

  • Запрашиваете возврат в течение 30 дней с момента первой подписки
  • Не использовали сервис чрезмерно (менее 100 сообщений)
  • Ранее не получали возврат от AMIGO BUDDY
  • Ваш аккаунт находится в хорошем состоянии (без нарушений Условий обслуживания)

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@amigobuddy.com within the eligible period
  2. Include your Telegram username and subscription email
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will process your request within 3-5 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

3. Refund Timeline

Expected processing times:

  • Request Review: 1-2 business days
  • Approval/Denial: Within 3 business days
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Bank/Card Credit: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the period ends
  • No refund for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions after 30 days of initial purchase
  • Renewal payments (except for billing errors)
  • Partial month usage
  • Services already consumed (messages sent)

9. Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices:

  • Existing subscribers keep their current price for 60 days
  • We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price increase
  • You can cancel before the new price takes effect

10. Payment Failures

If your payment fails:

  • We'll retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days
  • Your service continues during the retry period
  • After final failure, your account reverts to the Free Plan
  • No refunds for failed payment periods
