Используя сервис AMIGO BUDDY ("Сервис"), управляемый AMIGO BUDDY ("мы", "нас" или "наш"), вы соглашаетесь с данными Условиями использования ("Условия"). 2. Описание сервиса

AMIGO BUDDY - это разговорный ассистент с ИИ, доступный через Telegram бот (@amigo_buddy_bot) и веб-интерфейс. Сервис предоставляет:

• Поддержка эмоционального интеллекта для лучшего общения
• Мультиязычная поддержка
• Различные уровни подписки с разными лимитами сообщений

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Планы подписки и оплата

Все платные подписки оплачиваются ежемесячно заранее через Stripe, наш платежный процессор. Подписываясь, вы разрешаете нам взимать плату с выбранного способа оплаты на регулярной основе. Вы можете отменить подписку в любое время.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AMIGO BUDDY and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMIGO BUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMIGO BUDDY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMIGO BUDDY operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
